where do i get 3 watt led bulbs?

I wanted to find some LED bulbs for a do-it-yourself project.. specifically 3watt to 5 watt, but I only see the smaller 1 watt bulbs. I want the blue and red spectrum and not the white ones. Thanks in advance.
