How Neon Signs Got Their Marketability

The first viable neon lights came in market in the year of 1910, but before its marketability sign proprietors were restricted to the indirect light of spotlight, in which generally bright bulbs kept around the border of the signs.  When it was possible to develop letters and pictograms from closed glass tubes, neon signs became the most modern and polished part for the advertising landscape.  The uniqueness of neon gas inside the glass tubes probably drawn the attention of many visitors than the merchandise itself and they have promptly proved their value in business.

Generally, each gas provide different colors such as neon glows  in red color and argon shines indigo or violet without phosphors, whereas helium gas shines in yellow color.
